معمولا رنگ کردن و دکلره مداوم و یا استفاده بیش از حد و نادرست از روش‌ها و وسایل صاف کردن مو، باعث ضعیف شدن ساختار و پیوندهای شیمیایی آن خواهد شد. مو اساسا از اسید آمینه‌های زیادی تشکیل شده‌ است و پروتئین اصلی سازنده‌ی آن‌ کراتین است. در صورت ایجاد شکست در پیوند بین این اسید آمینه ها و تخریب ساختار پروتئین‌ها، مو دچار آسیب‌دیدگی و ظاهری خشن و وِز می‌شود.

بنابراین باید پس از تغذیه ی موها با کراتین اضافی، پیوندهای شکست خورده را نیز ترمیم کرد. به همین دلیل خانم‌ها به دنبال راهکارهایی هستند که نه تنها بتوانند سلامت موهای خود را تقویت کنند؛ بلکه به ظاهر آن نیز درخشش و جلوه‌ای زیبا و ابریشمی بدهند. امروزه تکنیک‌های زیادی به عنوان درمان، مانند ریباندینگ، کراتین مو و بوتاکس، برای احیا و بازسازی موها وجود دارند. این تکنیک‌ها می‌توانند تا چند ماه علاوه بر بازسازی، ظاهر موها را صاف جلوه دهند. در کنار این تکنیک‌های درمانی، خدمات تکمیلی مانند ابریشم سازی مو وجود دارند که می‌توانند به افزایش لطافت، نرمی، لختی و براقی موها کمک کنند.

نحوه‌ی انجام ابریشم سازی مو

ابریشم سازی مو، به عنوان یک روش مکمل، با تکنیک کراتینه متفاوت است و در آن به جای استفاده از شامپوهای صرفا حاوی پروتئین کراتین، از شامپوهای حاوی کراتین، ابریشم، سرامید، نشاسته گندم، پروتئین گندم، روغن نارگیل، روغن آووکادو، روغن زیتون، پانتنول و ویتامین E استفاده می‌شود.

اصولا این روش برای موهای به شدت آسیب‌دیده، پس از انجام تکنیک‌های درمانی اصلی مانند کراتینه انجام می‌شود و باعث آبرسانی به موها و ابریشمی شدن آن‌ها می‌شوند. اما در مورد موهای طبیعی و کمی وِز، معمولا کراتینه انجام نمی‌شود و فقط در یک جلسه ابریشم سازی مو برای نرمی، براقی و لختی بیشتر موها انجام می‌شود. ابریشم سازی باعث تقویت ریشه تارهای مو نیز می‌شود.

موهای خود را به روش صحیح بشویید

موهای خود را تا انتهای تارها نشویید. این کار باعث گره خوردن مو و از بین رفتن چربی و رطوبت طبیعی موها می شود. اگر عادت به استحمام زیاد دارید سعی کنید از شامپو های ملایم یا بدون سولفات استفاده کنید که هم موها تمیز شوند هم رطوبت و روغن طبیعی موها حفظ شود.

به شانه زدن موهای خود دقت کنید

هیچوقت موهای خیس را شانه نزنید این کار کوتیکول و شفت موها را تخریب می کند و صافی و براقیت مو را به مرور زمان از بین می برد. بهتر است بعد استحمام گره موهای خود را با دست باز کنید، ماسک مو را به موهای خود بزنید و با یک شانه دانه درشت موهای خود را شانه کنید.

خشک کردن مو با پارچه  نخی

موهای خود را با حوله خشک نکنید، حوله بخاطر ایجاد اصطکاک و زبری زیاد کوتیکول مو را از بین می برد بهتر است بجای خشک کردن مو با حوله و مالش مو به حوله از یک پارچه نخی استفاده کنید و با فشردن پارچه. به مو، آب موها را بگیرید با این روش بعد از خشک شدن مو، موی براق خواهید داشت.

روبالشتی نخی، پنبه ای و کتان بخاطر بافت پارچه و اصطکاک بالا رطوبت و روغن مو را جذب می کند بهتر است از رو بالشتی ساتن استفاده کنید که مانع جذب رطوبت و هم مانع گره خوردن مو می شود.

رژیم غذایی مناسب

رژیم غذایی بیش از آنچه که شما فکر کنید به روی سلامت موی شما تاثیر می گذارد. باید سعی کنید همیشه بدن خود را هیدراته نگه دارید برای این کار بهتر است روزی 8 لیوان آب بنوشید و از خوردن انواع آجیل، آووکادو و ماهی برای سلامت مو غافل نشوید.

همان طور که قبلا ذکر شد، روش ابریشم سازی مو یک روش مکمل است برای صاف و نرم‌تر کردن موها و تکنیک کراتینه یک تکنیک اصلی برای احیا و بازسازی موها است که می‌تواند بر حسب مواد به کار رفته از 40 تا 80 درصد باعث صاف شدن موهای آسیب‌دیده شود. در ادامه به دیگر تفاوت‌های این دو روش اشاره شده است:

  • اثرات روش کراتینه مو نهایتا تا حدود 6 ماه ماندگار است و دوباره باید تجدید شود؛ اما روش ابریشم سازی مو دائمی است و فقط با کوتاه کردن می‌توان حالت ابریشمی موها را از بین برد (مشابه روش ریباندینگ).
  • ابریشم سازی مو بهتر است بر روی موهای سالم و طبیعی و یا ترمیم‌ شده انجام شود. اما کراتینه مو اصولا مخصوص ترمیم موهای آسیب‌دیده است و موهای سالم نیازی به کراتینه ندارند.
  • در روند انجام روش کراتینه مو سعی می‌شود با تغذیه ی موهای آسیب‌دیده با مولکول‌های کراتین موجود در شامپوهای مخصوص، ترمیم آن‌ها ممکن شود. اما در روش ابریشم سازی مو هدف ترمیم پیوندهای شکسته شده‌ی بین اسید آمینه ها مو و در نهایت تغییر در ساختار شیمیایی و بافت ظاهری مو است؛ که منجر به حالت ابریشمی موها می‌شود.
  • در روند انجام تکنیک کراتینه مو از حرارت بالا و فرمالدهید برای ورود مولکول‌های کراتین به داخل فضاهای کوتیکول مو و نگه داشتن آن‌ها در کنار یکدیگر استفاده می‌شود. اما روش ابریشم سازی مو نیازی به این شرایط ندارد.
  • بعد از گذشت تقریبا 15روز از انجام روش کراتینه می‌توان موهای خود را رنگ یا دکلره کرد (البته بهتر است که از رنگ‌های بدون آمونیاک استفاده شود). اما اگر پس از آن ابریشم سازی مو انجام شده باشد؛ توصیه نمی‌شود که به سرعت سراغ رنگ یا مش کردن موها برویم.
  •  پس از انجام کراتینه می‌توان موها را با سشوار حالت داد و یا حتی فر کرد. اما پس از ابریشم سازی مو، موها دیگر حالت نمی‌گیرند و همیشه صاف و لخت باقی می‌مانند.
  • پس از انجام کراتینه، برای فعال شدن ملکول‌های کراتین تزریق شده، باید هر دفعه بعد از حمام موها را به کمک سشوار حرارت داد. اما پس از انجام ابریشم سازی مو نیازی به انجام این کار نیست.

توصیه می‌شود که پس از انجام هر دو روش، از شامپوهای بدون سولفات و ماسک مو مخصوص پس از شستشو در حمام، استفاده شود.
